S.L. 449.4 Art. 2Power of inspection.

It shall be lawful for an inspector and/or for the Sanitary

Authority to inspect any farm, where milch animals are kept, for the purpose of -

(a) ascertaining the state of health of the said animals;

(b) issuing instructions on the treatment of the said animals, if necessary; and

(c) taking all steps to prevent the spread of disease to animal or man.
