A sole member constituting a Courts of Inquiry and the chairman of a Courts of Inquiry composed of more than one member, if that sole member or that chairman is not a Judge or a

Magistrate or a person in the full time employment of the Government, shall be paid a fee of seven euro and thirty-four cents (7.34) for each sitting.
