S.L. 455.3 Art. 5Alterations to be notified.

(1) A registered person, other than an individual, shall notify SportMalta of any of the following:-

(a) any amendment or change in its Statute;

(b) any change in its management, administration or representation;

(c) any change in its official address or office.

(2) Where any of the above events occur, it shall be the duty of the person or official entrusted with the legal representation of the registered person to deliver to SportMalta, within twenty days from its occurrence:

(a) a copy of the amendment or change in the Statute of the registered person, together with an updated and revised copy of the Statute;

(b) a return of any change in its official address or office;

(c) a return of any change in the membership and officials of the Committee, Board or SportMalta of the registered person, specifying the name and residence of the newly appointed persons.
