S.L. 458.13 Art. 12Conduct of assessment examination.

(1) The assessment examination shall be conducted by a board of examiners to be appointed by the Council for Nurses and

Midwives.

(2) The board of examiners shall submit the examination result to the Council for Nurses and Midwives for approval and ratification prior to publication.
