S.L. 460.32 Art. 4Shore-side electricity for seagoing ships.

A marine terminal or facility operator which operates a shore-side electricity supply installation for seagoing ships which is deployed or renewed after 17th November, 2017 shall ensure that the installation complies with the requirements set out in item 4 of the Schedule.
