The Minister of Finance and Economic Affairs has established that the constituted bodies which better represent the interests of the commercial sector in terms of article 6(4) of the Malta Enterprise Corporation Act are the following:

Malta Federation of Industry

The Malta Chamber of Commerce Association of the General Retailers and Traders Union.
