S.L. 464.13 Art. 16Postponement or adjournment.

Where before the date of the hearing of an inquiry or at any stage of the hearing either the prosecution or the defence bring to the attention of the Committee that there is a justified cause for the postponement or adjournment of the hearing, then the Committee shall discuss the merits of this reason and decide accordingly to postpone, adjourn or proceed with the hearing of the case.
