S.L. 464.13 Art. 20Opening of proceedings and the reading of charge.

(1) The proceedings on the inquiry shall commence with the Chairperson’s statement who will:

(a) state the date, time and place of the hearing;

(b) state the names of the parties concerned; and

(c) declare the hearing open.

(2) The Chairperson will consequently invite the Registrar or his representative to read out the charge.

(3) Thereupon the Chairperson shall put to the member the question whether he admits or refutes the charge.
