In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires -"Act" means the National Archives Act;

"Census Officer" has the same meaning assigned to it in the Census Act; "Commissioner" has the same meaning assigned to it in the Data Protection Act; "Final Report" means the final report of the Census of Population published by the National Statistics Office; "National Archives" has the same meaning assigned to it in the Act; "National Archivist" has the same meaning assigned to it in the Act; "sensitive personal data" has the same meaning assigned to it in the Data Protection Act; "third party" has the same meaning assigned to it in the Data

Protection Act.
