(1) In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires:

"accredited agency" has the same meaning as is assigned to it by the Adoption Administration Act;

"the Act" means the Adoption Administration Act;

"application" means the form set out in the Schedule; "central authority" means the authority established by article 7 of the Act.
