S.L. 499.12 Art. 49Bunkering on lee coast.

(1) Every offshore bunkering operation shall be conducted on the lee coast.

(2) Any person who fails to comply with the provisions of subregulation (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine (multa) not exceeding nine thousand and three hundred and seventeen euro and forty-nine cents (9,317.49) for each offence.
