S.L. 499.57 Art. 39Charges for prolonged works.

Contractors shall be required to pay a charge of between fifty euro (€50) and five hundred euro (€500) for each day, or part thereof, where the duration of road works carried out by that contractor exceeds the prescribed completion period without a justifiable reason. The said charges shall be those prescribed in the Second Schedule.
