S.L. 499.66 Art. 13Inspection of animal-drawn vehicle.

Where, upon any inspection, an animal-drawn vehicle used for the carriage of passengers for hire or reward is found to be unsafe or unclean, the Authority shall direct that such vehicle be taken out of service until such condition is corrected. Such vehicle shall be re-inspected and approved by an authorised officer or a person appointed for such purpose by the Authority before returning to service, and following the payment of the fee established in the First Schedule.
