S.L. 511.4 Art. 12Duties of the Librarian.

The Librarian shall keep -

(a) a general inventory;

(b) a catalogue of all books arranged according to the name of authors;

(c) a catalogue arranged by subject; and

(d) a register of the books lent and returned.

He shall also keep a catalogue of incomplete, defective or imperfect works, and an index of the works in course of publication.
