S.L. 545.1 Art. 5Furnished houses.

The Chairman may require the lessor of a furnished, or partly furnished house or apartment, to bind himself in solidum with the lessee for the regular payment of all amounts that may become due to the distribution system operator in respect of meter charge or supply of electricity to such tenements.
