S.L. 545.44 Art. 12Guarantees of origin for energy from renewable energy sourcesthat receive financial support.

The Regulator shall not issue any guarantee of origin in respect of renewable energy the production of which has received financial support from a support scheme, where such support scheme precludes the issuance of such guarantee of origin.
