S.L. 549.56 Art. 13Extension of the combustion plant.

Where a combustion plant is extended by at least 50 MWTH, the applicable emission limit values shall not be higher to those set out in Schedules II, IV and VI in respect of sulphur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and dust.
