The 4th of April, 2016 has been established as the date when the provisions of articles 3 to 20, 22 to 40, 44, 45, 46, 50, 54,

55, 60, 61, 63, 68, 83, 84, 85 of, and Schedules 3 to 4 to, the

Environment and Development Planning Act shall be repealed.
