S.L. 552.9 Art. 4Applicability.

These regulations apply to any construction, water mining, or any other disturbances to the soil, including land clearing, scraping, ground excavation, land levelling, grading, cut and fill operations, and ancillary activities that include travel to the construction site, travel on access roads to and from the construction site and demolition activities.
