S.L. 566.3 Art. 2Interpretation.

For the purpose of these regulations and unless the context otherwise requires:

"Act" means the Institute of Tourism Studies Act;

"Board of Governors" means the Board established by article 9 of the Act;

"Board of Studies" means the Board established by article 11 of the Act;

"Institute" means the Institute for Tourism Studies; "Minister" means the Minister responsible for Tourism;

"Scientific Committee" means the Committee that will focus on tourism and hospitality which shall develop and review the curriculum of the Institute by identifying essential competences of current and future workforce within the tourism and hospitality sector as established in regulation 3l

"sub-committee" means a committee made up of experts in a particular field appointed by the Scientific Committee which will focus and give recommendations on particular areas as directed by the Scientific Committee.
