S.L. 65.26 Art. 7Bell or horn required.

Every pedal cycle and every power assisted pedal cycle, including a pedelec, shall be fitted with a functional bell or horn capable of giving sufficient warning of its approach or position:

Provided that racing bicycles shall be exempted from the provisions of this regulation.
