S.L. 65.31 Art. 4Controlling access into a charging zone.

(1) Access to a charging zone may be controlled and monitored by the use of a Vehicular Access Control System installed and operated by an operator authorised for the purpose by the Authority.

(2) Data collected through the use of cameras shall be used for the enforcement of the charging zone and for charging access fees and the information may be disclosed by the operator to the Authority, the Local Council, the Police, the Community Officers for enforcement purposes, crime detection and for the collection of fees.
