S.L. 85.9 Art. 2Interpretation.

(1) In these Rules, unless the context otherwise requires -

"Board" means the Board of Reference constituted under rule 10 of these Rules;

"Department" means the Department of Agriculture; "Minister" means the Minister responsible for Agriculture; "Ordinance" means the Agricultural Produce (Export) Ordinance.

(2) Words not otherwise defined in these Rules shall have the same meaning as is assigned to them in the Ordinance.
