In dit besluit wordt verstaan onder:

a. hoofd van de Scheepvaartinspectie: hoofd van de Scheepvaartinspectie, genoemd in artikel 10, tweede lid, van de Schepenwet ; b. inspecteur ILT: inspecteur van de Inspectie Leefomgeving en Transport.
