Cap. 10 Art. 204Power of stopping and of suspending exhibitions.

It shall be lawful for the Commissioner of Police for reasons of public order, public safety or public morality or by reason of the licensees’ lack of compliance with the provisions of regulations made under article 203 hereof, to order the suspension forthwith of any public performance, exhibition, show or entertainment, and likewise to order the suspension of any licence and the closing of any premises concerned for a period not in excess of fifteen days.
