Cap. 12 Art. 316Appraisement of gold or silver articles to show intrinsic value.

In any appraisement of gold or silver articles, of pearls or precious stones or of other precious articles the expert shall consider the intrinsic value thereof and the cost of manufacture, together with any distinctive characteristic of the said article and appraise the total value thereof.
