Cap. 12 Art. 434Additional written pleadings.

Should a further and better statement of the claims prove to be necessary, it shall be lawful for the court to order all or any of the competing parties to file an additional written pleading in regard to such issues of law or fact as in the opinion of the court may require further elucidation.
