Cap. 12 Art. 615Oath by person applying for letters of request.

The party demanding the examination shall affirm upon oath that he knows, or, that he possesses information which he has sufficient reason to believe to be true, that the proposed witness is in the place stated by him and that such witness is in a position to certify the truth of the facts stated in the interrogatories.
