Cap. 12 Art. 801Plea may be waived.

(1) It shall be lawful for the defendant to waive the plea of discussion previously raised by him, and demand that the cause be disposed of even though the plaintiff may have already commenced the procedure of discussion.

(2) In such case, the costs incurred in connection with the procedure of discussion shall be borne by the defendant.
