Cap. 16 Art. 1157Delivery of a certain and determinate thing.
Sub-title V
The debtor of a certain and determinate thing is discharged by delivering it in the condition in which it is at the time of delivery, provided he was not in default for delay before any deterioration supervened, and such deterioration was not caused through the fault of the debtor or of other persons for whom he is responsible.
