Cap. 16 Art. 1517Dissolution of emphyteusis in case of arrears.

It shall be lawful for the to demand the dominus dissolution of the emphyteusis and the reversion in his favour of the tenement together with the improvements if the emphyteuta owes by way of ground-rent a sum equal in amount to three yearly payments.
