Cap. 16 Art. 1627AProhibition of discrimination.

No person may take any discriminatory action or sanction against any of his officers, employees or agents on the grounds that such officers or employees, having reasonable grounds to suspect corruption reported in good faith their suspicion to responsible persons or authorities, and any person who may have been the victim of such discriminatory action or sanction shall, without prejudice to any other right under any other law, have a right to compensation for any damage caused to him by such discriminatory action or sanction.
