Cap. 16 Art. 870Heir misappropriating property of inheritance forfeits rights of renouncing inheritance.

Any heir who misappropriates or conceals any property belonging to the inheritance, shall forfeit the right to renounce such inheritance, and shall, notwithstanding any renunciation remain pure and unconditional heir.
