Cap. 168 Art. 156Applicability of articles 43, 44 and article 45(1).

The provisions of articles 43 and 44 and of article 45(1) shall apply to the winding up of a company with the substitution of references to directors for references to partners vested with the administration of the partnership in article 43, and with the substitution of references to an extraordinary resolution taken by the company in general meeting for references to partners in article 44, and with the substitution of references to members for references to partners in article 45(1).
