Cap. 168 Art. 177Application of articles 178 to 182.

The next following five articles shall apply to all companies registered or incorporated outside Malta (hereinafter referred to as "oversea companies") which, after the commencement of this Ordinance, establish a place of business within Malta or which have, before the commencement of this Ordinance, established a place of business within Malta and continue to have a place of business within Malta at the commencement of this Ordinance.
