Cap. 220 Art. 141Additional regulations.

(1) Where any matter authorised or required by Part III or by this Part of this Act to be prescribed may not appropriately or conveniently be prescribed by the Rules of Procedure, any such matter may be prescribed by regulations under this article.

(2) Regulations under this article may be made by the Minister, and the provisions of article 4(5) and (6) shall apply to such regulations as they apply to regulations made under that article.
