Cap. 222 Art. 14Submission of estimates of revenue and expenditure.

The Bank shall, not later than three months before the beginning of each financial year, submit to the Minister an estimate of expenditure expected to be incurred in that year on the issue, promotion and management of bonds and an estimate for the same period of the receipts expected to accrue to the Account.
