Cap. 234 Art. 174Penalty for false statement as to last ship or name. 

If a seaman on or before being engaged wilfully and fraudulently makes a false statement of the name of his last ship or alleged last ship, or of his own name, he shall for each offence be liable to a fine (multa) not exceeding twenty units.
