Cap. 33 Art. 50Regulations made under former law.

Any regulations made by the competent authority in pursuance of the powers conferred by any of the enactments † repealed by this Ordinance and which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance shall remain in force until new regulations are made in substitution therefor, under this Ordinance.

*Reference to the Visiting Forces Act, 1966, has been omitted in view of the repeal of that Act by Act IX of 1982. †The repealing provisions are omitted under the Statute Law Revision Ordinance, 1936 and the Statute Law Revision Act, 1980.
