Cap. 363 Art. 123Non-exercise of certain rights.

The non-exercise by any political party, delegate, candidate, agent or any person nominated for appointment by a political party, of any right, power or privilege granted by these regulations shall not of itself invalidate any action or procedure in respect of which the right, power or privilege has been granted by these regulations.
