Cap. 363 Art. 21Immunity from legal proceedings in certain cases.

Where a Council supplies to any member of the public attending a meeting of the Council, or supplies for the benefit of the media, copies of the agenda, statements, particulars and copies of other documents, the publication of any defamatory matter contained in the agenda, statements, particulars or documents so supplied shall be privileged unless the publication thereof is proved to have been made with malice.
