Cap. 365 Art. 13Secrecy.

The members of the Board shall regard any matter coming to their knowledge in any request under article 11 as secret and confidential, and shall not in any report made in accordance with article 7(6), reveal the names or other identifying particulars known to them in connection with any such request.
