Cap. 373 Art. 26AEngagement of experts.

(1) The Unit may, whenever it deems so necessary or expedient, engage one or more persons, whom it considers to be in possession of suitable expertise, to assist it in carrying out specific tasks requiring such expertise, and, for this purpose, the Unit may impose such conditions as it considers necessary.

(2) Article 33 and article 34(1) shall apply to mutatis mutandis any person engaged by the Unit under this article.
