Cap. 373 Art. 30APower of Unit to demand information under article 16.

(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law, the Unit may likewise demand form any person, authority or entity, as is referred to in article 30, any information it deems relevant and useful for the purpose of pursuing its functions under article 16.

(2) The provisions of article 30(2) and (3) shall mutatis apply where any information is demanded by the Unit mutandis under this article.
