Cap. 395 Art. 43Assessment deemed correct except in proceedings on appeal.

Except in proceedings on appeal from an assessment under article 46, no assessment made by the Director shall be disputed in any proceedings on any ground; and except as aforesaid and subject to the provisions of article 45, every such assessment and all the particulars thereof shall conclusively be deemed and taken to be correct and the liability of the person so assessed shall be determined accordingly.
