Cap. 434 Art. 21Power to make regulations.

The Minister may, from time to time, make and, when made, alter or revoke regulations generally for giving effect to any of the provisions of this Act and particularly for making provision regarding the procedure before the Board, the liability of any of the parties in respect of the expenses incurred in connection therewith and to prescribe anything that is to be prescribed under this Act.
