Cap. 443 Art. 26Transmitting authority.

The central authority shall be the transmitting authority for the purposes of Article 5 of The Hague Convention of 1980, and shall have the function of receiving, processing and forwarding applications for legal aid to the appropriate central authority in the requested State.
