(1) Persons may only broker medicinal products if they are established in Malta with a permanent address and are registered with the Licensing Authority. Those persons shall submit, at least, their name, corporate name and permanent address in order to register. They shall notify the Licensing Authority of any changes thereof without unnecessary delay. Persons brokering medicinal products who have commenced their activity on the date * of coming into force of this Act shall register with the Licensing Authority by the 2 March, 2013.

(2) The Licensing Authority shall enter the information referred to in sub-article (1) in a register that shall be publicly accessible.
