Cap. 464 Art. 34Restoration of names to register.

Where the name of a health care professional has been erased from a register, the relevant Council may, if it thinks fit, at any time, either after an application to that effect by the person concerned or otherwise of its own motion, direct his name to be restored to the appropriate register: Provided that an application for the restoration of a name to any register shall not be made to the relevant Council -

(a) before the expiration of eleven months from the date of erasure, or

(b) within a period of eleven months after such an application has been made.
