Cap. 495 Art. 10Application for granting of accreditation.

(1) Any organisation may apply to the central authority for accreditation in the form approved and provided for by such authority, in order to be able to carry out local and, or intercountry adoption.

(2) The central authority may at any time during the processing of an application, require an organisation to provide any documents and information deemed necessary in order to ascertain whether accreditation should be granted.
